Hello everyone! I’m Valerie and am also known as Riyumi. I’m a short girl with a large passion for enjoying many forms of art as well as spreading kindness. I just love trying new things, so I suppose I’m a “jack-of-all trades and master of none” type of person. I absolutely adore stationary and doing watercolor. However, music and singing are things I absolutely can’t live without! I still have much to learn but it’s always so exciting to come together with other people to make a project. Not to mention, what I saw from the members of this group was so uplifting! It’s surreal to be a part of an original group that constantly tries to improve through rigor/constructive critique, but where each person takes the other to greater heights and the group as a whole.

 

While it’s challenging and overwhelming as a pharmacy grad school student, I can’t wait to create wonderful music with people who are beautiful inside and out! I’ve always wanted to spend my life doing what I love and I feel helping others through pharmacy, inspiring others through music, and delivering strong messages regarding my passions is the best way to do just that! Plus, I need this lifestyle to support my desire to make an impact on others’ lives and fund my expensive hobbies/stomach. Life is hard when you enjoy food, anime, books, travel, arts and crafts y’know?
